All you *have* to do to create an account is give them a user code, a
password, and an e-mail address. (I have a throwaway e-mail account
specifically for these user registration moments).

>2. Tell us about yourself (I'm annoyed, more or less all the time)

Lie. Pick choices at random. For these user registration moments, since they
usually require a zipcode and I have none, I enter 12345, which they accept.
(I have no idea where it is, or even if it exists.) If they want further
information, it may or may not be accurate, depending on the weather, my
mood, and how long the form is. I never give out my postal address.

>3. Select exclusive benefits (exclusive from what?)

Leave all the checkboxes blank.
