I tried using Netscape 6.x at home (I have a Mac) and it was incredibly
unstable. Incredibly. Talk about releasing buggy software!! I tried Mozilla
as well, and it's not bad, but I've found myself using IE most often. I use
IE at work and I guess I got used to it... Time I looked again at some of
the alternatives at home though :-)

Probably because the 6.x versions of Netscape so closely resemble IE and no
longer offer a valid alternative. At work I use IE because it's the company
standard and I frequently have to do screen captures of intranet-based
applications, but at home, I use Netscape 4.7x. I tried NN 6.0, but found
that it imitated many of the "features" that I don't like about IE.

Hmm... Netscape is at something like 6.2 right now. Why are the Netscape
versions used so old?
