In the Word doc, right click each of the pictures so the Picture toolbar
pops up. One of the buttons lets you set the display to grayscale.
This is only the display, mind you. The color is still really in the file,
and if you want to display it in color, you can always turn it back. But it
prints grayscale just fine.
