A few people in the company keep raving about PERL, and
now you folks are at it...
So, how trivial is it, in PERL, to search out and manipulate
text in multiple (say) FM files that has certain attributes applied?
For example, I might be looking for all occurrences of CA3,
where the three is superscripted.
I could probably just convert to .MIF and search that way,
but sometimes a bunch of files is involved, and that would
be a lot of individual converting.
Also, is it easy to do semi-automation? Like search and
replace in FM or Word that pauses with the offending text
highlighted and asks if you want to replace, skip, etc.??
