But that's the point isn't it? Everyone *does* think they can do it because it's only writing and most of our colleagues have been writing since infant school.
I'm (questionably) lucky here because they insist everyone does write their own docs, and I get drafted in, usually at the last minute, to sort out the resulting nonsense. And it's at that point they realise that it's really not about the templates (lovely though they are!).
I'm working hard on making that realisation come earlier on in the development process.
Blimey. Just posted. Whatever next?
