I've never had such things happen to me. I've always
found management to be helpful in getting developers
to be more cooperative. I generally don't go to
developers unless I have a good deal of clarification
to obtain, and then I usually thank them well and help
them as needed with things they're doing (should they
ask for help). Initiating friendships always helps the
process too...
