So, would you lease a DSL line from a company whose salespeople do not know that there IS a difference between fixed and non-fixed IP (aside from a difference in price, which he also couldn't figure out because he couldn't tell me if the price he was quoting me was for fixed or not...)?
What do you think their tech support would be like?
Seems to me like it's kind of like a waiter in an Italian restaurant not knowing the difference between red and white gravy... (Or do you call it sauce?)
Guess I am crotchety these days. And, cable when it works is faster than DSL anyway.
