I think you win the award for Post of the Week, Bonnie. I am really
impressed. Instead of (as is all too easy!) sliding into "I'm looking for a
job mode..." and (as Bruce and Tom advised) just letting the comment go, you
turned the same professionalism that you would have applied to your work on
to your job hunting... and have, as I am certain Tom and Bruce would have
advised in a professional context, learned something from your experience
and know how to do better next time. Excellent! (Further, you documented it
all here for our benefit: very cool!)

The writers all stand around a cauldron chanting and occasionally tossing in
a small CV. Unless stated otherwise, these opinions are mine, and mine
alone. Apologies for the long additional sig: it is added automatically and
outwith my control.
