Y'know, it's funny, but it just occurred to me. Most often, in
my experience as one of the not-to-be-bothered developers, the project
manglers doing the "don't bother the developers" dance are in fact the
ones most guilty of botherin the developers. Just a thought that
struck me. Maybe they're just hearing a lot of "don't bother me" and
translating that into "obviously it must be SOMEBODY ELSE who's
bothering the developers, because IT CERTAINLY CAN'T BE ME."
