Not I.
I use data as singular or plural, never say fora when I mean forums
(this is English not Latin), and don't see why appendices is more
conservative than appendixes.
Interesting discussion, though. English is such a fluid language and the
challenges of new technology and the question of how stilted one should
make it are difficult ones for techwriters to agree precisely on. <vbg>

I'd use appendices, but then I'm fairly conservative in some
areas. I also regularly use "methinks", I usually treat "data"
as the plural of "datum" rather than as a non-count noun, and
so on.
