This was a five, including the new hire, person operation. I was told to
allow 4-5 hours for the "test." I would probably make the same decision
today. Last September I interviewed for a short term, part time
consulting gig. Half an hour into my interview, I was actually working.
My original fee was supposed to be about $20,000. I wound up being paid
almost $30,000.
