Actually, it's what you're doing now that requires high maintenance! I
have to agree with Goober that you should take a close look at WebWorks
Publisher. I'm a WWP consultant, and I've worked with a lot of smaller
companies to set up the single sourcing process. It's not just for big
companies. And you certainly don't have to have a consultant help you; I
know plenty of companies that have set up single sourcing themselves.
One way or another, combining RoboHelp and FrameMaker is a lot like
combining vinegar and baking soda. By contrast, WebWorks is specifically
designed for exactly the type of project you are working on.
