more PDF stuff

Ha, ha, after solving my Distiller dilemma with everyone's help, the support
guy is now asking _me_ PDF questions. Of course I am nothing without this
list, and I told him I'd refer to you once again with the question.

The question is, when printing out a PDF document, is there a way to collate
your printouts? Say if an office assistant was wanting print out a lot of
training and wanting to do ten copies of page one all at once, then ten
copies of page two all at once, that sorta thing. When printing in Word
there is this option, but when viewing a document in the PDF Reader we do
not see the option to print it out collated. 

Any ideas?
