Yep, I'm encountering the same problem. Searches on the Yahoo HATT group and
the eHelp boards show that other folks are having the problem too.
Unfortunately, no solutions have yet been posted. I don't feel too bad
though, because, while troubleshooting, I noticed the same problem with
Excel's HTMLHelp file. So, I'm guessing it is a problem with the Help viewer
and not the individual HTMLHelp files.
I am facing a strange problem while printing multiple topics from a CHM file
that I have generated from RH HTML. Whenever I print multiple topics from
the CHM file by selecting "Print the selected heading and all subtopics",
the printed output does not look like its on-screen view. In most cases, the
fonts get messed up (some non-bold items become bold and vice versa, the
font sizes increase for some topics and decrease for others, etc). However,
when the topics are printed separately, one at a time, the printed output
looks identical to the on-screen view.
I was wondering if any of you have faced a similar problem and how, if at
all, this problem can be resolved. I searched the archives, but it seems
like no one has ever encountered/reported this problem. If you think this
might be due to something I am doing wrong, please let me know what that
might be.
Thanks in advance,
Shreyas.
