1) At a minimum, use Acrobat 4.05--4.05c is best or 5.0.5--for Windows
2000. 4.0 doesn't cut it.

2) Are you using the Distiller printer? Let us know the printer driver
you are using and PPD. Win2k might be similar, but in WinXP this info is
in: Printer Properties > Advanced > Printing Defaults > Advanced >
right-click the top-most item in the dialog box and select About.

3) What are your Adobe Distiller Job Options settings?

4) Your distiller printer should be set to print to port, and a
directory location should be listed. Otherwise, do a search for the PS
or PDFs you produce. These should be going to the same location.

5) Try setting the landscape orientation in the printer driver.

Cheers,

Sean

>The first problem I have is that I cannot seem to find the funtionality
that
will map the Postscript Files produced when I print to Distiller. I use
both
Framemaker and Visio on a daily basis, but I am not seeing consistency
in
where the PS files are stored once created.

Distiller look horrible (fuzzy).

>On a third note, the landscape diagram that I have made in Visio is not
appearing as a portrait (which apparently often happens) but a landscape
diagram on a portrait page set up. So it basically falls right off the
sides
of the page.
