You can easily apply the macro to every table in the document.
That's one of the big benefits of VBA.

For example, here is a macro to change the indent of each table and then
auto fit it.
Just modify the lines inside the For/Next loop to do whatever you want.

Sub TableIndent()
For Each aTable In ActiveDocument.Tables
  aTable.Rows.LeftIndent = InchesToPoints(2)
  aTable.AutoFitBehavior wdAutoFitContent
Next aTable
End Sub
