It sounds like Help menu may be pointing to an invalid page through your
alias and/or map header files. You may want to check your mapping header
files to make sure that they are pointing to the correct page.

Hi everyone,

Heres a problem we are facing while integrating our HTML Help (CHM file)
with our application:

When the help is opened from the Help menu in the application, it does
appear, but the right hand pane of the CHM file displays Internet Explorer's
"file not found" error. The table of contents in the left pane displays just
fine. I have specified the correct HTML page (in the Compile tab of RoboHelp
HTML Project Settings) to be loaded when the CHM file opens. In fact, when
the same CHM file is opened from outside the application (say Windows
Explorer), it does not display the "file not found error".

I was hoping that some of you might know why this is happening. I would
really appreciate your reply since the release is just a day away and the
problem must be solved before that. :-)

Thank you,
Shreyas.

ps: please cc: me on your reply
