Subject:RE: writing tests are for wussies... From:Erika Yanovich <ERIKA_y -at- Rad -dot- co -dot- il> To:"TECHWR-L" <techwr-l -at- lists -dot- raycomm -dot- com> Date:Tue, 21 May 2002 16:38:56 +0300
I always thought we are at the Dark Ages level here (Israel) with what
employers can ask you, so I feel quite relieved after reading this
discussion. It is common practice to send candidates to a full day (!)
screening test, including all sorts of weird tests. I remember a
Hungarian-cube type of thing, a session where all candidates could talk
freely (and a person was heavily taking notes about it) and a 1:1 meeting
with a shrink. I hated every minute.
