I understand your nervousness re: copyright issues.
Have you contacted the vendors to get permission to
repackage/distribute their content?
Alternatively, it might be best to just reference the
vendor documentation from within your own docs (i.e.,
"For more information, see [vendor doc]").
I don't know if there's any simple alternative here.
