If you are prepared to get informal, you could call the 'real collection'
the box. You know, the Björk box with everything you have on Björk.
And the 'virtual' collection could be the book - all the stuff you have
minus the music could go into a book in the real world.
These terms would have the advantage of sounding (compratively) catchy,
which seems appropriate to the application. "And your Oasis box is now
ready." fits a pop music theme better than "And your Oasis real
collection is now ready". (Or worse "your real Oasis collection".
"Whaddaya mean? Are all the CDs and books I collected fake?")
No doubt you can find cooler terms, but I'd work in this direction. When
thinking up such fundamental terminology for your application, I believe
that catchiness is more important than precision. Most of the computer
terms that are in widespread use follow this rule: mouse, window, menu,
button, click, disk, icon, etc.

PS: I'd like to point out that "box" also has, umm, an 'adult' meaning,
although I don't now how widespread that is. If you decide to give "box"
a try, you may want to research your audience as to whether they get
funny thoughts when they hear expressions like "Björk box".
