Hey y'all,

I'm wrestling with defining types of deliverables. I know what I mean, but
my collagues don't. Despite my poor communication skills, I'm trying to
help them understand that writing that uses the imperative mode is
procedural...so that a list of imperatives cannot (or at least should not)
be called "specifications" or "process."

To that end, can you suggest online examples of documents you consider to
be quintessential procedures, specifications, process, policy, that sort of
thing? For example, I usually go to http://www.apple.com/developer/ to find
well-written and -designed documentation. Perhaps you have favorite
sources?

Feel free to reply to me directly (instead of the list) and I'll be glad to
summarize.

Thanks,
joe
