Why not use the built-in screen capture? I can't see why you need a
third-party utility for this, let alone a screen cam.
(If you're not familiar with the built-in tool, open the main Mac Help
screen and type in "screenshot" - that should turn it up. There are several
key combinations, depending on how much of the screen you want.)
