I have checked the archives, but I can't find what I am looking for. A little background, in case it has something to do with my problem: I had a 300 page manual in XML format. I was using Arbortext's Epic (not sure if anyone is using it here ? I have been off the list for a bit). I used a mapper file to convert to Word. Now, after a lot of tweaking, I need to go from Word to PDF.
I have never had the need to go to PDF from MS Word before, so maybe I am missing something. When I print to distiller, I get the following error message: "The following error occurred while printing: There is insufficient memory or disk space. Word cannot display the requested format." So, I clicked OK and thought printing had stopped. But it did not. With the 311 page manual, it printed 307 pages to PDF. With the 5 page test doc, it printed the whole thing, but it changed all of my fonts to Courier. Anyone seen this before? Am I forgetting to check settings or something? The manual also has many screenshots.
