Assuming that you did this by using Insert, Picture, AutoShapes:

Right-click the circle. A popup menu appears.
Select Format AutoShape. The Format AutoShape dialog box appears.
Select the Colors and Lines tab (it might appear by default).
In the Color box that appears under Line, change the color to "no line."

Hope I understood your question correctly. If it's a text box rather than
an AutoShape, right-click it, and choose Format Text Box and follow a
similar procedure.
