Here are my two-cent contributions, although they may
be familiar.
Sunset: "Before we migrate the data to Oracle, we
need to consider the cost of maintaining two
databases."
Spirit: "I appreciate everyone's efforts to make this
project a success, but I especially want to thank Bob
for spiriting it along when no one thought it was
important."
Best Practice: An over-used and misused term that
usually replaces more descriptive terms such as
"procedure," "tip," and "recommendation," all in an
effort to make the speaker/writer appear intelligent.
I will continue to vigorously bash this revolting
buzzword at every opportunity.
