Worse. She uses Netscape 6.0.
Of course, I use Netscape 4.75, so I'm not one to talk.
Wise choice. Netscape 4.75 is stable and bug-free; Netscape 6 is not.
Three suggestions:
1. Suggest strongly that she download and install v6.2. It isn't perfect, but it is much more stable than 6 and fixes a few of the major bugs.

3. Design your web pages with an eye on compatibility issues. If you absolutely must use the latest HTML or XML bells and whistles, warn your users up-front and try to offer an alternative route to the information for the ones who cling to their dinosaur browsers, lo-rez monitors and old, slow systems.
