I once caught a mistake in a pamphlet about oxygen cylinders. The writer said
that the user should oil the regulator periodically for smooth operation. He
was completely unaware of what can happen.
Here is a hint: the tank will catch fire, burn off the regulator and launch
itself at more than 100 MPH, piercing anything in its path.
