The PDF normally opens "Fit to Window," so that is no problem. Users, however, do
change the magnification, which is what I did.
I did check the bookmark pane, and it walks through the document, just as I would
expect, showing no indication that it is jumping a page when I use the wheel.
However, it IS jumping a page, even though the bookmark is pointing (apparently) to
the missing page. Again, this behavior is only occurring when I change the
magnification.
I guess this is just one of those thing.
