I bring in a few of my dog-eared copies of "The Mythical Manmonth" and "Soul of a New Machine" and loan them to my contemporaries.
Reading these will make everyone feel better, because they will know that others have been similarly abused in the past.
That is all I'd suggest in the current economic climate.
