Arrrrggghhh!!!! Get thee behind me Ventura.
I'm glad to say the last time I had to deal with that horrifying product was
prior to its acquisition by Corel.
I remember taking a course from Xerox on how to use it and deciding after
the first hour that I wouldn't unless a gun was held to my head.
Having said that ... whew I feel much better now ...
My guess is that if there is any way to convert the file to HTML that is
probably the way to go. export to HTML then import into Word and clean it
up. Alternately, you might want to check the W3 site to see if there are any
conversion utilities.
You might also look for conversion filters from PS output into Word.
Errghh, just typing the name of the program makes me want to go take a
shower.
Sorry, as it is said YMMV.
