I don't, and it's one reason that I
included the welders in the review
process for the documents. Something
that was rarely done by others in
my position.
My colleagues that had been welders
tended to think that their ideas were
the 'best', and didn't want to talk to
any other welder who might disagree.
I don't deny that I may have been a
better writer with more experience,
but with it I may have ended up with
too narrow of a perspective.
