Word files have a DOC or DOT extension. How did you come to have a TMP
extension? Try opening the TMP file in Notepad.exe and seeing what it
really is by looking at the header.
How do I restore a word .TMP file. When I open it with word, it asks me
to
convert it...I have had no luck converting it.
