corporate technical newsletter plan/proposal

I checked the archives link and got a 404 error. If you think it's in there
and know a working link for this site's archives, please forward. Thank you.

I am currently in need of proposal samples of the following specific type. I
need samples of proposals to write an external corporate technical
newsletter for a technical company.

Anyone know the whereabouts of such samples or have a list or outline of
what they are sure should be included? I just want to make sure I have the
contents and formatting right.
