I don't know about existing scripts, but...
If you want to make all your text in the document be not-of-condition-x,
and you really mean it for all of the text in your document, it's
simple. Go to the edit condition dialog and delete the condition. You
get the option to make your text unconditional or to delete the
conditional text. If you want to do this according to some special
criterion, or you want to do it as part of a larger scripted or plugin
command, then you have programming to do.
