Watched Folders option in Acrobat Distiller

Hi All,

This is regarding the Watched Folders option in
Acrobat Distiller 4.0, that automates the creation of
PDF files. However, I am not able to convert a Word
Doc to PDF when I put the doc in the "In" Folder
created by Distiller. It's giving me the "Post Script
Warning..Error Message", and says its unable to create
the final PDF. 

I tried the method of converting the .doc to a .ps
file, and putting it in the "In" folder, but still
encountered the same error above. 

Can someone help?

I am back in this group after a long gap. Apologies to
some of you who have helped me in the past, to whom I
haven't replied as I was laid up, and thanks to all in
advance..
