Hi Tom,
The following procedure works in MS Word 2000.
Select File > Save As. The Save As window is displayed.
Select Web Page from the Save as type drop-down list.
Type the other details and click [Save].
That should solve your problem.

I tried to send this before but it was bounced back because it would not
accept HTML Text or something like that. So, I will try again. Does anyone
know if there is a way to save the graphics in a Word file as JPEG? The
method Dick Margulis suggested; "File>Export to>Compact HTML apparently is
not included in my Version of Word (Word 2000). Any help will be appreciated
as I am converted a LOT of Word files to XML.
