Tracy faced an interviewing committee of five people. They started with
questions about her past technical writing experience, her interests, and
her expectations for the job.
One man questioned, "We see from your resume that you're a proficient user
of SnagIt?"
"Oh yes," Tracy gushed, relieved that he'd asked about her favorite
program.
"SnagIt is an essential tool for a technical writer. Whenever I need to
capture graphics, I just use SnagIt - first, because I can define exactly
what I do and do not want to capture. Second, I can save my images in
various file formats. Third, I can use SnagIt Studio to annotate my
captures."
The committee asked to see some examples, which she quickly provided.
They didn't hide their admiration for her work.
As Tracy exited the interview, she thought, "They'd be fools not to hire
me. But even if they don't - it's never a waste of time when I get to
spread the word about SnagIt!"
