That article talks about Sacramento...well, that's where I live, and it's been "fun" watching the cost of living (and housing) rise in the last year. Real Estates is so hot here that a house that cost 170,000 two years ago is probably going for around 350,000 now...depending on the neighborhood. The funny thing is that there aren't that many jobs here either. :-(
