Good you have hair left to dye.  Mine fell out years ago.  I keep it in a
bag and look at it from time to time.

At least I keep what remains buzzed, unlike a few of my male friends who
have bad comb-overs or wear party hats (wigs or toupees).

My strategy for growing old in a young-person's industry is to make sure 
I'm not still "just" a TW when I leave my current employer. I'm a year away 
from finishing my MBA. And, yes, I'll probably dye my hair <smile>.
