>> Do other lists that are subscribed to by technical professionals contain
this much dialog about the format and content of a resume? I belong to a
couple, moderated and not, and NEVER see this kind of long thread on a dead
horse.
Couple = two. And, if one is moderated and one is not, that makes the
predicting how other lists function a 50/50 chance.
>>While it is no doubt interesting, nothing I have read on this thread (or
the dozen or so similar threads in the last year) have contained anything
particularly germaine to the field of technical writing.
Really?
>>Yes, we are technical communicators, but resume writing is not technical
communication. That statement can be debated for a long time, too, I am

>>Is it about time we defer this topic to some other resource such as a
resume writing mailing list and get back to the bidness of tech writing.
Is this a rhetorical question?
>>Sorry if I am being a curmudgeon, but enough is really enough. Yes, I know
where my delete key is, but I am starting to wear it out.
Pad it.
