I'm not discounting grammar. I might work a paragraph over a couple of times
until I'm happy with it. However, I'm concerned about the grammar not for
the sake of grammar, but whether the grammar will interfere with or enhance
getting reader to understand what or how to do something.
Most times, they go hand in hand...good grammar enhances the understanding.
However, if the grammar gets in the way of the understanding (oh, boy...) or
if getting "just-exactly-right" means missing a deadline or commitment, then
grammar picks up the rear..
