Does the software run on Windows?
If so, from about Windows 95 on to at least Windows 2000, Microsoft has
offered basic computer and Windows instruction in their Windows Help
file (Start menu, Help). I would recommend pointing your new computer
and new Windows users to this resource at the beginning of your help
file. You could even kindly suggest terms to search for within that help
file.
