running h/f in frame

Hello Everyone,

I have a Frame template with two heading 1 tags: one that flows anywhere within the text (Heading1) and one that flows always at the top of a page (Heading1_top).

I want to create a footer that inserts the text from heading 1. This would be simple if we only used one heading 1 tag...unfortunately our team wants to have the choice of where the heading appears in the file, hence the need for two heading 1 tags. That being said, is there any way in Frame to create a footer that looks to see if a Heading1 or Heading1_top appears on the page, and only displays the first one that appears on the page?

I look forward to your feedback. My preference would be to lose one of the tags.
