Find out what your scripting language uses for a line
continuation marker, and use it in your code examples. Check
out the code examples in Word VBA help; there are lots of
instances where the line continuation character is used to break
a line of code.
For example:
Msg = "Please enter a name for this object." & Chr(13) _
& "Press Cancel to see names in collection."
