Really appreciate you quick response...Thanks to all of those who responded to my question...

Here's another question:

1. I want to insert a variable in WORD that automatically increments:
01, 02, 03 or 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 etc..

2. I also want to insert a variable in the document that contains the document name, so that the user enters a name and it appears in all places that the *name* variable.
