I have not read this one by Peter, but I did read his "Poor Richard's Web
Site (first edition)". If this book is anything like the one I read, you
can expect well-written, practical, no-bs advice.

"Making Money in Tech Writing" by Peter Kent seems to me to offer good
advice, & it gets positive reviews on Amazon. Disclaimer: I'm not, nor ever
have been, a
freelancer.
