Importing Word in RoboHelp 9 (Won't Accept Macro)

I am having trouble importing word docs into RoboHelp 9. When I try to do it, I get the following error:

"Can not accept Unknown Macro. Macro is from RoboHelp corporation"

So instead of seeing nice clean topics, for some odd reason, the word document gets put in the project. I do not want this.

I want it to simply read in the word file, split the file by the headings, and place topics in my RoboHelp project.

What is going on here? Is there a security issue with Macros. How do I fix this?
