This is turning out to be a fascinating little survey.... I am one of three writers at a mid-size software firm that makes eHR applications - Web apps that take the paperwork out of address changes, intra-organization transfers, benefits calculations, etc. End-user manuals at the moment for a content management system, but also more technical documentation as needed; I'm psyched to be learning about Web services in the near future.
