Robin, thanks for jumping in, you bring up a good point. I also felt there was
nothing original I could contribute to the old thread (content vs. style). This
one however, is turning out to be very enlightening. Everyone that's responded
so far is documenting (among other things) something interesting and different.
**I'm curious to know what types of content you all produce?**
I write user and administrator guides and quick references for our software. My
company provides global travel distribution products and services to the travel
industry. Our main customers are travel agencies. I wonder how many tech writers
on this list work in travel as well?
Anyway, I guess congrats are due to you, and in part to Andrew Plato, for
sparking such an interesting discussion.
