It's worth noting that the name "Webster" is not protected
and several different companies publish "Webster's" dictionaries.

The reputable one (which does indeed give both spellings for
noun and for verb) is Merriam-Webster, the http://m-w.com people.
It is a descriptive dictionary, though, not a prescriptive one.
That is to say, it emphasizes the things people are seen to write,
not necessarily the things any educated consensus believes that
people should write.
